Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Plano, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems. You will complete service requests, prepare vacant homes for occupancy, and uphold safety and quality standards across the community.

Qualifications

1 year experience in property maintenance/maintenance technician duties.
Able to perform basic arithmetic for measurements, estimates and totals.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet driving policy standards.
Able to operate common maintenance tools and equipment listed above.
Able to occasionally use office equipment such as a PC and phone.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and related systems.
Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
Turn-key work to ready vacant apartment homes for rent.
Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
Promote safety practices and comply with company policies and laws.
Assist with organizing maintenance tasks and may supervise contractors.
