Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and service a range of systems in residential communities. You will complete work orders, ensure units are rent-ready, and uphold safety and resident service standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in property management maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the ability to use general maintenance tools; on-site work with potential supervision of contractors is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and analysis.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with vehicle policy.
• Able to operate general maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and major appliances.
• Complete service requests safely and in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant homes to be rent-ready.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safety and comply with policies and regulations.
• May supervise other staff or contractors.
