- High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
- 1 year experience in property maintenance or similar role.
- Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates, percentages, and totals.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
- Complete service requests in a safe, timely manner.
- Prepare vacant apartments for rent-ready turnover.
- Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
- Follow safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- May supervise other staff or contractors as needed.
