Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems within our San Francisco community.

You will complete service requests safely and promptly, and perform turn‑key work to ensure apartments are rent‑ready. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of property maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year property maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Complete service requests safely and promptly.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve problems.
• Apply all applicable policies and procedures and comply with laws and regulations.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and other duties as assigned.
