Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks Maintenance Technicians across multiple levels to support maintenance and readiness of our housing communities. You will respond to service requests, perform skilled trades, document work, and keep tools ready for use in all weather conditions.

Level 1–3 roles cover HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry with opportunities to mentor others and support make-ready projects. A competitive benefits package and bonus program are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lb regularly.
• Team player with attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and daily use of technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests including furnaces, HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance items.
• Perform skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith with basic troubleshooting.
• Document all work in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain tools and equipment in ready repair and adhere to PPE and safety practices.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units (painting, flooring, drywall, fixtures) and support exterior work as needed.
