Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the maintenance and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance, weather-exposed tasks, and make-ready work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.

This role offers a structured path with Level 1–3 positions and a pay range reflecting experience. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
Able to lift weights up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally.
Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality.
Must demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Responds to service requests including furnaces, air-conditioning systems, appliances, water heaters and other maintenance items.
Performs skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith.
Documents all work in accordance with company policy.
Maintains equipment and follows PPE guidelines.
Assists in make-ready of vacated units with painting, flooring, and fixture work.
