Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the maintenance and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance, assist with make-ready of vacated units, and respond to service requests across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting.

Level 3 leads a team of maintenance technicians, mentors others, and ensures safety, efficiency, and quality in day-to-day operations across outdoor and tight-space environments.

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge and physical capability.
• Reliable and detail-oriented team player.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for furnaces, AC, appliances, water heaters, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locksmith).
• Documents all work following company policy and maintains equipment in ready repair.
• Adheres to PPE and safety practices; follows preventive maintenance programs.
