Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. The role includes general maintenance and make-ready work during occupancy changes across HVAC, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and more.

You will work outdoors and in tight spaces, follow safety practices, document work, and may mentor Level 3 technicians. A valid DL and ability to drive are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general maintenance knowledge.
• 4-6 years of advanced knowledge in one or more trades (Level 2) and EPA 608 Certification.
• 7+ years across multiple trades with potential leadership experience (Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, painting and carpentry.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades with basic troubleshooting.
• Documents all work per company policy.
• Maintains tools and equipment in ready repair.
• Follows PPE and safety guidelines and preventive maintenance programs.
• Assists in make ready of vacated units including painting, floors, drywall, and fixtures.
• Performs emergency maintenance as required and responds to leaks or damage promptly.
