Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other building tasks, often outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, and tight spaces.

Level 1–3 roles involve responding to service requests, following safety procedures, documenting work, and assisting in make-ready of vacated units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable attendance.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use technology platforms daily.

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, appliances, water heaters, and other maintenance items.
• Performs skilled work in one or more trades with basic troubleshooting.
• Documents all work in accordance with company policy.
• Maintains tools and equipment in ready repair.
• Assists in make-ready of vacated units including painting, carpentry, and other repairs.
• Performs emergency maintenance as needed.
