Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across our single-family rental homes in Pasadena, delivering outstanding resident service. You will complete maintenance requests across multiple trades, promote a quality living experience, and adhere to safety guidelines while using company tools and mobile apps.

The role requires a High School diploma and 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, EPA HVAC credentials, and a valid driver's license;

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2–5+ years in residential repairs/maintenance.
• OSHA 10 certification required; willing to complete if not certified.
• EPA HVAC certification and pool certification are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experience.
• Perform repairs while respecting residents' homes.
• Conduct ProCare visits for proactive maintenance and repairs.
• Use maintenance apps to log visits and schedule next visits.
