Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking an Extra Board Cook to support outlet kitchen chefs and staff. The role involves working across multiple stations, preparing dishes to recipe standards and ensuring high quality presentation.

You will assist with prep, cooking, plating, and maintaining sanitation, while following health regulations and daily briefings. Candidates should have at least one year of cooking experience and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to restaurant recipes and/or guests’ requests.
• Assist multiple stations with food prep, cooking and plating.
• Maintain the highest level of food presentation and quality.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and organization of work areas.
• Adhere to health code regulations and standards.
• Maintain food and supply inventory and notify management of restocking requirements.
• Attend and participate in daily briefings or pre-shifts.
• Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
• Uphold Resorts World core values and property/department standards.
• Use company devices for job-related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
