Job summary

Your responsibilities include prepping and finishing food, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting chefs as required. A culinary degree is preferred, and candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid health card.

Qualifications

• 3 years culinary experience in a similar high volume, luxury hotel/restaurant.
• Ability to communicate in English and complete basic mathematics.
• Must possess valid health card.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish foods on all stations within the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist Chef de Partie and Chef as needed in execution of production.
