Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the HR portion of new-hire onboarding and ensure required documents are completed.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and audit HRIS data.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and employee relations matters across multiple states.
