Job summary

Arizona Tile, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support branch locations and the HR team across multiple states. The role emphasizes compliance, employee records, onboarding, and benefits administration in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3+ years of HR Generalist experience and strong customer service, with proficiency in HRIS/ATS and MS Office. This on-site role in Tempe, AZ operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year degree in business, HR, or related area or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a multi-state, multi-unit org.
• PHR/SHRM-CP helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for branch locations and HR team.
• Assist Director of HR with leaves of absence and HR programs across states.
• Support recruiting process in ATS and ensure timely postings and applicant progress.
• Coordinate onboarding activities: offers, orientation, training.
• Handle new hire/termination documentation timely and accurately.
• Maintain employee files (paper/electronic) including payroll changes and benefits.
• Track and maintain programs (training, PPE, etc.).
