Job summary

Blue Learning is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR Operations contact and compliance conduit across our multi-state network (TX, AR, OH). The role focuses on onboarding, contractor setup, data integrity, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years in HR Operations with strong knowledge of state labor laws, HRIS systems, and analytics for decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
• Proven track record of managing multi-state HR compliance and complex operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations contact and provide expert guidance to the HR team.
• Provide regular, high-level division feedback and operational insights to the Director - HR Operations & Compliance.
• Direct onboarding and lifecycle management for staff and contractors.
• Manage multi-state compliance for Texas, Arkansas, and Ohio.
• Oversee HR workflow documentation, standardization, and training across regions.
• Translate HR metrics into actionable insights for leadership.
• Act as primary contact for HR Coordinators and campus leaders.
• Coordinate fingerprinting and background check processes.
• Travel to various sites as required.
