Job summary

TV Guide On Screen is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across Arizona and California. The role focuses on administrative and lifecycle functions while partnering with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws.

You will assist with onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations, with emphasis on accurate records and audits. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of California and Arizona employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS, plus employee records management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
• Manage HRIS data entry, reporting, and file maintenance.
• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Administer benefits eligibility and enrollments.
• Provide training and support for performance management and employee relations.
• Assist with safety, audits, and policy communications.
