You will handle employee relations, performance documentation, investigations, and multistate compliance for both office and field staff. The role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and collaboration with HR leadership and legal counsel, with UKG proficiency and payroll/benefits coordination experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience including employee relations and investigations.
• Multistate HR experience preferred; construction/field workforce a plus.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors across 19 states.
• Conduct workplace investigations, document findings and outcomes.
• Manage employee relations, performance documentation and policy inquiries.
• Maintain HR records in UKG and ensure confidentiality.
• Support multistate compliance, notices, postings and handbook addenda.
• Coordinate leave, benefits, payroll deductions and final pay timing.
• Support new hire check-ins and assist recruiting on onboarding.
