CrossAmerica Partners is seeking an HR Specialist Employee Relations to support employees and management across a multi-state network of stores, fuel operations, and corporate locations. You will handle inquiries, conduct investigations, and maintain confidential case records in HRIS.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment laws (Title VII, FMLA, ADA), excellent communication, discreet data handling, and the ability to travel up to 30% to stores and field offices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of employee relations or performance management experience.
• Experience in retail or multi-unit environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in resolving employee issues by communicating policy and advising management on compliant decisions.
• Serve as the initial contact for employee relations inquiries via calls, emails, and hotline.
• Evaluate scope and risk; escalate high-risk matters to the Employee Relations Manager.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct and document workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, theft, and policy violations.
