Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an office/manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize items.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role.
• Ability to follow up on items.
• Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to employees on HR-related topics and resolve issues.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees, including posting, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Assist filling vacancies using temporary agencies as required.
• Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee information in HRIS system.
• Provide administrative support such as employment letters and disciplinary letters.
