M-Team Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist in Auburn Hills, MI. This role supports a broad range of HR functions including HRIS, benefits, recruiting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred. The HR Generalist will administer HR policies, maintain accurate records, assist with onboarding, and generate reports on headcount, benefits, and training.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional HR experience.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with employees and managers at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and HRIS basics.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and other systems.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires and transfers.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, recruiting, benefits, and training.
• Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Support recruitment processes for various positions and internships.
