You will greet patients, manage calls, perform EMR data entry, verify insurance, and schedule appointments while ensuring patient confidentiality and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work for any U.S. employer
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree desired
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred
• Previous insurance verification experience a plus
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
