Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a compassionate Medical Assistant to support patient care under physician supervision. You will take vital signs, assist with interviews, treatments, and EMR data entry, coordinating with neurology and pain management teams.

We emphasize excellent customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting; prior healthcare experience and CPR readiness within 30 days are valued.

Formación

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher healthcare degrees preferred.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to provide excellent patient service and care.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Screen patients and record vital signs.
• Perform data entry in the EMR system.
• Maintain medical records and patient confidentiality.
• Disinfect and clean exam rooms after each patient.
• Explain treatments to patients when needed.
• Assist physician during exams and procedures.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments; greet patients.
