Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; higher education beneficial.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Business or related field desired.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry on EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, polite manner.
• Provide solutions for customers; troubleshoot as needed.
• Perform data entry through Electronic Medical Record system.
• Maintain medical records and patient confidentiality.
• Perform insurance verification as needed and directed.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Register patients and schedule appointments as directed; multitask across duties.
