You will be cross-trained across clinical admin processes and will handle phones, patient check-ins/outs, reminder calls, and EMR data entry, while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Ideal candidates demonstrate superior customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. work eligibility required.
• HS diploma/GED required; degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service and insurance verification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform data entry in EMR and verify patient information.
• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per policies.
• Coordinate with clinical teams as needed.
