Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) is seeking a Patient Access Representative for our multi-specialty facility. You will support patient intake, verify insurance, enter data into the EMR, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, confidentiality, and accurate data handling to ensure smooth patient flow and reliable documentation across neurology, pain management, and rehabilitation services.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Strong data entry and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Friendly, empathetic and respectful demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous manner.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Enter patient information into the EMR system.
• Verify insurance as needed and directed.
