Responsibilities include arranging pre-certifications, coordinating tests, and using Allscripts and Centricity Business systems to retrieve information from hospital platforms. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Two (2) years of scheduling in a multi-specialty clinic preferred.
• Direct patient interaction is provided to patients of all ages.
• HIPAA privacy and security requirements must be followed.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule follow up visits for patients.
• Obtain pre-certification and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Schedule medical tests and procedures for patients.
• Discuss patient instructions for procedures to ensure understanding.
• Call patients to schedule procedures and send follow-up instructions.
