Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and to uphold high standards of customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry, participate in preventative maintenance, and respond to emergencies as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year in property management or related field, and strong safety

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Carry out carpentry tasks like wallboard repair, cabinet replacement and door/lock repair.
• Maintain safety, curb appeal and cleanliness to meet resident expectations.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call after-hours maintenance as required.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and effective communication with maintenance leadership.
• Promote safety and risk management per company policies.
