Avenue5 Residential in Arlington, VA is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to address apartment and property upkeep, deliver high levels of service to residents, and maintain curb appeal.

You’ll perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma and at least one year in property management or related field are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties per supervisor directions.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; assist with emergencies.
• Participate in on-call after-hours emergencies as required.
