Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of property maintenance tasks across multiple sites. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds upkeep while ensuring curb appeal and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, inspecting common areas for safety, and assisting with emergencies. A valid driver’s license and basic English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Carry out walls, counters, doors, windows, tile repair and related carpentry duties.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety inspections per guidelines.
• Keep the work order system up to date and meet resident expectations.
• Respond to property emergencies and assist with on-call duties.
• Promote safety and risk management according to policies.
• Provide courteous, professional interaction with residents and teammates.
