Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service apartment properties. You will handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC tasks while upholding high standards of customer service and curb appeal.

The role includes on-call rotations, safety adherence, and collaboration with the property team to address resident needs and maintain operations at the Richmond Heights site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry and HVAC repairs.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as drywall, countertops, cabinets, windows and doors.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance according to schedule.
• Promote safety and risk management per company rules.
