Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Golden, CO to handle apartment and property maintenance duties while upholding top-tier customer service and curb appeal. You will report to the maintenance supervisor and property manager.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and general preventative maintenance, with on-call emergency support. Requires a valid license and English proficiency, plus 1 year in property management or related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and general carpentry skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance functions including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, and door/lock repair.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with property emergencies and observe safety and risk management protocols.
