Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings and systems. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks, ensuring safety and reliability across assigned properties.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience in a commercial setting, a valid driver's license, and basic computing skills. Efficient multitasking and a proactive approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing or carpentry preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, and painting.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company dress code.
