Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician to support operating and maintaining commercial properties. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance across building systems, equipment, and grounds.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in a commercial setting, HVAC/electrical/mechanical training, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is expected, with a proactive approach to safety and reliability on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on‑the‑job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks.
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including packaging and handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, and HVAC.
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper, and paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and for preventive maintenance.
