Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on a residential property. The role involves indoor and outdoor work, coordinating with vendors for non-routine repairs, and maintaining records of maintenance activities.

The position requires responding to emergency maintenance requests, following safety procedures, and working under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Ability to react and address emergencies within 30 minutes; may be called after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs beyond routine maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance schedule and service due dates.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of building systems (AC, boilers, electrical, plumbing).
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
