Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs of building systems under limited supervision. You will inspect mechanical systems, coordinate vendors for non-routine repairs, maintain service schedules, and ensure safety standards while supporting residents.

This hourly, non-exempt position requires at least two years in building trades, with the potential for after-hours emergencies and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years general experience in building trades or maintenance.
• Ability to react and address emergencies within 30 minutes (after-hours possible).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Schedule vendors and contractors for repairs outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain a maintenance schedule and service due dates.
• Work safely and follow procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Inspect mechanical systems and adjust controls (air conditioning, boilers, etc.).
• Complete required forms and work orders in KWPMC system.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition.
