KW Property Management is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine and preventive maintenance on interior and exterior building systems at a resident property. You will coordinate with the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor, schedule repairs, and maintain maintenance logs.

The role emphasizes safety, timely emergency response, and effective communication with staff and residents. We value hands-on experience in building trades, with HVAC certified preferred, and a proactive approach

Qualifikationen

• HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
• Minimum two years general experience in building trades, repair and maintenance.
• Ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner (within 30 minutes).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade experience and certifications may be required at some locations.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Schedule vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and emergencies outside routine maintenance.
• Maintain a maintenance/service schedule and ensure next service due dates.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of building systems and equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures in KWPMC system.
• Inspect and monitor building mechanical systems and controls (HVAC, boilers, etc.).
• Keep common areas clean and aesthetically appealing.
