Responsibilities

• Welcome employees, clients, and guests; assist with arrivals, departures, and orientations.
• Travel between three workplace locations to provide coverage and support.
• Maintain floors and workplace areas, stock pantry and office supplies, and monitor inventories.
• Provide reception coverage and support mailroom operations during breaks and staffing gaps.
• Build relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and support teams as a central contact for workplace information and services.
