Job summary

JLL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador in New York to deliver hospitality-focused service across three workplace locations. You will welcome employees and guests, manage floor maintenance, and support meetings and events while traveling between sites.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customer service or related fields, strong communication, and willingness to work across multiple locations with flexible schedules. Opportunities include growth and exposure to facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service, hospitality, workplace experience or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professionals across levels.
• Willingness to travel among three NYC locations and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome employees, clients and guests; assist with arrivals, departures and orientations.
• Travel between three NY locations; provide reception and coverage.
• Stock snacks, beverages and office supplies; monitor inventory levels.
• Provide reception, events support and mailroom coverage as needed.
• Build relationships with employees, vendors and support teams; be a central contact for workplace info.
• Support meetings and events; assist with moves and ad hoc projects as priorities change.
