Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or hospitality-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with arrivals, departures, and orientations.
• Engage visitors and colleagues with a helpful, visible presence throughout the workplace.
• Serve as a local guide on dining, attractions, and events to enhance guest experiences.
• Coordinate with facilities teams to deliver hospitality-focused service across departments.
• Act as the central information and wayfinding resource for campus needs.
• Provide meeting support, reception services, and personal assistance as needed.
