Engineering Systems, Inc. (ESi) seeks a Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program across locations, ensuring OSHA compliance, risk management, and practical safety practices that support field work and client requirements.

You will provide training to Site Safety Coordinators nationwide, develop procedures, conduct audits, and drive corrective actions. A Bachelor's in safety and 7+ years in occupational health and safety are required, with strong communication and leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field required.
• Applicable safety certifications preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Senior Leadership to build a practical, sustainable safety training path for the firm.
• Provide safety leadership while balancing compliance, risk, client expectations, and business realities.
• Serve as main safety contact to leadership and project teams for client, regulatory, and firm requirements.
• Coach Site Safety Coordinators across the country in safety practices and procedures.
• Review, develop, and implement safety practices and training based on roles and risks.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting are completed as required.
• Identify PPE resources and establish procurement processes for offices.
