Job summary

Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program across locations.

You will partner with leadership, site coordinators, and clients to implement training, audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions, ensuring OSHA compliance and practical safety practices. The role requires 7+ years in occupational health and safety, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field required.
• Extensive OSHA knowledge and multi-site safety program experience preferred.
• Strong ability to balance compliance, client needs, and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ESi safety program across locations, ensuring compliance and practical safety practices.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
• Develop and implement safety orientation, audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions.
• Review and update safety procedures to meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.
• Assist with OSHA reporting, recordkeeping, and program improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership and external partners to strengthen safety culture.
