Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily to supervise on-site teams across multiple communities in Missouri. You will drive operations, budgeting, leasing, and service standards to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Use your leadership, communication, and market insight to mentor staff, coordinate maintenance, and deliver exceptional resident experiences while upholding company policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of communities in fast-paced environments.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, leasing, renewals and service contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team across departments.
• Drive revenues through market analysis and creative marketing programs.
