Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Assistant Property Manager, Multifamily (Multi-Site) to oversee daily operations across multiple communities in the St. Louis area.

You will work with the Property Manager on maintenance, budgeting, marketing, leasing, and reporting while delivering exceptional resident services and ensuring policy compliance. The role requires 3+ years of on-site multifamily management, experience with Yardi and MS Office, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management.
• Minimum 3+ years on-site multifamily property management.
• Experience with leasing, rent collection, renewals, reporting, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including budgeting, marketing, leasing, and maintenance.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Maintain residents' files and a positive living environment.
• Oversee on-site staff and ensure policy compliance.
