Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for multifamily property management roles.
• IL Real Estate License preferred; Leasing Agent License required within 120 days of employment if not held.
• Experience with on-site multifamily leadership and budgeting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure market-ready properties and high service levels.
• Lead and mentor leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, reporting, and lease administration; drive lease renewals and occupancy.
