Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Property Manager, Multifamily (Multi-Site) to oversee on-site operations in a St. Louis metro community. You will lead leasing, maintenance, and service contracts while ensuring market-ready conditions and strong resident satisfaction.

3+ years of on-site multifamily management is required; MO real estate licensing preferred. Yardi and MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required; including leasing, rent collection, resident communications and solutions, reporting, delinquency and renewals, and financial/budgetary analysis and management duties.
St. Louis City market experience required, including STL City eviction law and filing, and/or any exposure to local laws/regulations.
Yardi systems experience required, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) required. Strong preference for CRM, Ops Technology, and/or NeedALease or other AI exposure.

Responsibilities

Oversee all operations of the community in a fast-paced environment, including maintenance, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, evictions, vacancy management, and marketing.
Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, renewals, and profitability.
Mentor and lead a high-performing on-site team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management roles.
