Cushman & Wakefield in Kansas City seeks an Area Property Manager for Multifamily portfolios. You will oversee on-site and portfolio operations, coordinate with Asset and Regional Managers, and serve as the main contact for clients to ensure consistent service across communities.

You'll mentor on-site teams, manage budgets and marketing initiatives, drive leasing goals, and maintain strong vendor relationships while traveling between properties as needed. A real estate license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Real Estate License required per state law.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years Property Management experience.
• 5+ years Management experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio operations in partnership with Asset/Regional Manager.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for communities.
• Drive leasing, marketing, and revenue through market analysis.
• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and staff.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate special projects.
