RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property’s cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. You will diagnose and repair issues, and complete tasks to meet company standards for quality and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes timely response to service requests, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance tasks on residential properties.
• Ability to complete work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready inspections and prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Assist in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
• Document work and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on supplies.
