Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing Maintenance Technician duties.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic for estimates, averages, percentages.
• Able to operate general office equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests safely and timely per standards.
• Prepare vacant apartments for rent to comply with turnover deadlines.
• Maintain high customer service and resolve resident requests and concerns.
