Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Scottsdale is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and appliances. You will supervise outside contractors, maintain inventory, and ensure safety compliance for the community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of property maintenance experience, HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal license, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not already held.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Supervise outside contractors and coordinate move-ins/outs when needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure safety/compliance with policies.
