Job summary

Atria Senior Living - Glendale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances in resident apartments and common areas. The role emphasizes safe work practices, timely service requests, and maintaining high customer service standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and about 1 year of property maintenance experience, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to operate maintenance tools and office

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of property management maintenance experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• Basic arithmetic skills for estimating and calculating percentages.
• Able to operate general office equipment as needed.
• Able to use maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Valid driver's license and driving responsibilities.
• Must meet company vehicle policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Complete service requests safely and on time per standards.
• Perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartment homes.
• Maintain customer service standards and address resident requests.
• Apply company policies and promote safe work practices on-site.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing.
• Assist with prioritizing service requests and tasks.
• May supervise other associates or contractors.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
